Email addresses uploaded to the system to send survey invitations and other communications are owned solely by the profile owner that created the survey. We will never share any information uploaded to the system with any 3rd parties. Data collected through surveys on SurveyWabbit are solely owned by the profile owner that created the survey. Online reports may be shared by the profile owner through a URL. SurveyWabbit may collect the Internet protocol (IP) address publicly available on your computer. The IP address is not collected for the purpose of tracking or monitoring your activity on the Internet. If SurveyWabbit collects your IP address, we will collect, use, maintain, secure and/or disclose your IP address in accordance with applicable Laws.
SurveyWabbit uses outside credit card and billing processing companies to bill you for products and services. These companies do not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any other purposes. We reserve the right to disclose your personally identifiable information as required by law and when we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights and/or to comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or similar legal process.
